Top Gear- The lost episode with the DS/LR3

Here’s the November Top Gear episode with the Disco3/LR3.

Right clicky and save
50+megs .wmv

PLEASE help conserve my limited bandwidth- download once and don’t share this, or the other Top Gear link with other boards. … Or, if someone has bandwidth and willing to host, I can up higher quality rips!!!

Notable quotes-
“It seems well made, which is odd for those that know Land Rovers of old.”
About its weight-
“It doesn’t go over bumps, it flattens them!”
“How the hell did a helicopter lift that thing!”
“Right, Bloody hell.”
“This is very, VERY clever.”
“How the hell am I going to get up there?”
”The results were spectacular.”

Thank you!

Thank you for putting this up. I found and d/l'd the bittorrent but couldn't find the right codec. Wasted 5 hours! This worked great.
Thanks for cutting it down a bit as well.

Impressive display of the D3's abilities.

Re: Thank you!

The Codec is Xvid for the original... the link is on the FinalGear faq page.
I had to run it thru virtual dub to fix a vbr problem, then cut it, then windows movie maker.

Really, I have no use of WMP... Windows is for working... Mac is for all the rest and that's good 'cause I spend more time doing all the rest than doing work... Wink
