Namibia 2006, way oop north
Cool because it was practically submerged
Memorable because it was our first big Africa trip with the D3, and the wife was driving.
Dunno who was more scared, but it was probly me.
Namibia 2007, can't remember exactly where.
Cool because it was the first time we got really stuck.
Stoopid, but cool
Memorable because it took me (what seemed like) hours of digging before we got rescued
Angola - somewhere along the Cunene River
Cool because we helped Papa King save some lives handing out mozzie nets
Memorable because it just reminded me how it's the people you meet along the way that make the trip worthwhile

I thought I may add these 2.
A friend at play at a 4x4 day in Ellisras, Limpopo province South Africa
And this one of a place I am very fond of, Gona Re Zhou National Park in the South-East of Zimbabwe
This is the exact same spot I got stuck with the Defender towing the caravan during our previous trip. This time I did it a bit faster and got through OK. [no winch yet - that saved me last time] Proud owner of an IIDTool
