Tyre wear

The front tyres on my vechicle are wearing out quicker on the inner edge.
Speaking to my dealer he claimed "they're all heavy on front tyres". He thinks 21000 miles is good for fronts. Is this reasonable or the usual male danlgy bits...

Mine were the same and also had worn 'casselated' (unevenly / wavy around the tyre) @ 27000 the issue was diagnosed as a problem with the compressor for the suspension and the tyres were replaced along with the new compressor.

38,000 miles and still enough tread for another 4-5k....... Had them checked at the weekend at an MOT station!

They were surprised they had lasted that long.... on my TD5, i used to get 50k out of a front set!
