Help, cant find the lever to change the headlights

As usual,i am leaving things to the last minute and thought i would check out how to change the headlights from right hand drive to left hand drive.thought i had it sussed,i had read all the info on here!!!

So the grills off,the headlight is out and hey presto,No lever???

does this facility only exist on Xenons with AFS or is it available on all Xenons?

Also does anyone have the link to the post that refers to this proceedure.

I am leaving at 9 this evening so a a reply today would be very very usefull.

Thanks.

BrianT. Thumbs Up

AFAIK only on adaptive xenons, done a number if trips without changing them, never been flashed at once. Thoughts vary from don't bother to if you don't the Gendarmes will throw you in the Basteille! Pays yer money etc. Thumbs Up

If I remember rightly the 'lever' is not that obvious. Its a fairly lightweight piece of bent metal. Be carefull when you push the plug back on the headlamp unit. I managed to bend one of the pins and had a cross eyed disco until I managed to suss the problem.
The strange thing is we Brits are quite rightly religious about changing the dip direction when we cross the pond but have you ever seen a continental in this country sporting beam benders ??

Brian,

There are picture in this post. http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic849.htm...t+%2Blever

I got non-adaptive Xenons from Selkie, and he had marked the lever positions on the back of the light units.
