rear brakes pitting

Confused Had my D4 in again for rear brakes sticking when parked up the discs are not wearing full width, and I have allready had a new set of discs and pads on the front due to warping (6k miles ).

Park it with the hand brake off and the brakes still stick as any body had the same problem?.
