EPB Bedding in procedure, can it be done twice
I have just had new discs and pads fitted all round including new EPB shoes, when i asked at the desk if the bedding in proceedure had been carried out they were unsure as the mechanic had gone home.
Now i am not slagging this garage off as they are a good bunch of lads, what i want to know is.would it be detrimental to the health of the EPB shoes and discs if the bedding in proceedure is done twice?
Just want to make sure before i do anything to negate all the work that has been done.

As long as you let the drum/disk + shoes cool enough before each application then it will be fine. I go through the bedding in procedure after each time I clean/adjust the park brake bits with no problem at all.Previously:

i have just put drilled and grooveddiscs all round with pads for £240 and can you believe it £100 for the EPB brake shoes( you cannot buy as a pattern part only genuine!!!!!!)
Easy to complete job if you have instructions ( you can find them on this site) should take around 2.5 hours to compete the job , longer if hit any problems of course.'Just because you're breathing doesn't mean you're alive'

Maybe not the best Photo but they do look nice also just bedding them in but not sure how good or bad the braking improvement is.

I got the suppliers name from Wiggs as he had fitted a set to his,he reckons brake performance is the same but brake dust is drastically reduced.
Here's hoping

Just done the EPB bedding in proceedure as per site instructions.
Does anyone know:-when you have done the bedding in ten times i thought it told you it was complete on the drivers info screen.
Am i right or wrong
