Just had a long weekend on the boat in Newark. Came to open the car on Tuesday and the tailgate wouldn't budge - the cable and realease mechanism had been fixed last year but this time it was the microswitch in the door handle. Managed to get it open by using the two buttons on the dashboard technique but, on the off-chance it could be fixed, I rang Duckworths at lunchtime to see if by any slim chance they had the part in stock and could fix it on my way home.
George said "Yes" and "Yes". I arrived there about 2.30 and was back on the road within 15 minutes - one of their techniciands having stopped what he was doing to sort out the problem.
This has to be an example of the most outstanding customer service ever - and once. again, all I can do is say a big 'thank-you' to George, Karl and the team and congratulations to Ben for managing what must be one of the best, if not THE best dealerships in the country. I was taught to be cautious.
