I've thought about doing that to my V8 SE Loaner. It's in terrible state.

My poor baby has been in the shop, having it's busted brakelight repaired and a 36000km service, since Monday 26 June.

Sounds like AndrewS and I should get together, and swap polishing stories.

Yeah, you'd be surprised what you can fit back there.

We went to the city last weekend and did some shopping (coz the city is 700km away and the shops here are limited).

Came back with two full toilet suites and a dishwasher in the back.
 Have a nice day!

They need to check the suspension out.

One of the wheels appears not to be touching the ground.

How do you get a car line that as loaner? At Oxford, you used to get an old Ford Ka that had dents in the door and wing. Now you get a base model Ford Focus, from a fleet of four.
When we had a RRS, I was offered the battered Ka and I complained. They then gave me a Freelander, which I think was one of the staff vehicles. However, they weren't too happy doing that.

Don’t know mate I have always been given a Land Rover as a loaner, normally get a D3, 90 or 110 sometimes a Freelander. Must admit this is the first time they have given me a Vogue. Mind you it could be because I'm replacing mine in November and they are keeping me sweet.

Always get a Defender or Freelander... soon to be replaced by a D3 they say.

The country side has its benefits eh ?
