Rear headphone sockets.

I am having a few issues with the rear headphone sockets. The near side system (both controls) does not work but the off side system is fine. Has anyone jot any ideas?
These units have previously been working so a don't know if I've changed a setting or something.
Please help. Standing on the shoulders of Giants.

Java Black HSE, Side steps, privicy glass, tow bar and roof bars.
