Pelyma,
it's a bossy male! If the secret to success here is changing this over to the female option, is that straightforward, or are we talking a retro-fit sex change for my D3?!?

How can you change the gender of the voice if you don’t have the Sat/Nav touch screen & just have voice commands with the PTI ???

Car Configuration File - basically a file that identifies the options applicable and what the default setting should be
a bit like the old config.sys file that DOS and early windoze PC's had

Judging from this recent story about Mercedes and Bluetooth, Land Rover have some catching up to do with regard to BT integration. However I note that the SIM access is only supported in seven telephones - makes the LR roster look lengthy in comparison. Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

My beemer's BT system 'sucks my SIM' every time I get in and puts the directory up onto the screen. Does it with my old 6310i and my Motorola V3. Both also work fine in the D3 for calls but nothing gets sucked out
