Landrover insurance off road cover
I have finally got round to chasing up Landrover Insurance (new one) with regards to off round cover, before this weekends trip to Hogmore. Anyway the short of it is that it is covered off round so long as it is not on an offroad test track. There definition of this is anywhere that a route or place is set up for the specific purpose of off roading. Thus any pay and play, hogmore, and even the small route set up at a show you would not be covered on. The only exception is if it run by Land Rover Experience, but that condition will go when I renew.
So is this normal, I spoke to Adrian Flux and they said they have no conditions, and waiting for the NFU to come back. not sure if it is worth changing.
Just wondered if others where aware of this condition.
I will just have to be careful on the Sunday.
Thanks
Gavin

I know someone who had a fairly big claim from hugging a tree on a course specifically set up for offroading. No problems but that was the RSA LR cover, not the new crowd. No idea what they are like.

Adrian Flux covers my L/R 90 and I asked for in writing that I am covered for green Lanes and non-competative off roading, covers pay & play.
