Planning on running feed from my Optima Yellow top directly back to the back to power a socket for my Engel fridge.
I have a couple of questions that someone here might be able to help with with....
1. I am wanting to run wires down the drivers side of vehicle are there any ideal holes in bulkhead to access engine bay this side ?
2. How does the panel below steering column come off ?

I beleive there is a REDUNDANT grommit near the Servo in the bulkhead simon, as your is a Auto it will be un-used, and is where TFC passed the loom for my Spotlights. The best panel ( the Easiest) to remove is the one with the Headlight controls fitted and is also where TFC fitted the spot switch.
My guessing is thats both the locations to start with

Can't see if your an auto or not. If auto, there is a hole you can use to the right of the brake servo. Cable then comes through easil and can be fed along and under the plastic cover to the right of the drivers seat. Easy peasy. Bodsys Brake Bible
To remove panel under steering wheel pull with two hands on upper edge and voila it will come down - held in by two spring clips which might go awol when you try to pull panel down particularly if its never been off before since leaving the factory. Bottom edge has two tabs which locate to the dash surround and act as a hinge once you release the top edge.

...and for the lower panel, undo the two philips screws, pull the left kickpanel out towards the footwell, then let the panel drop slowly (gently pulling towards the seat), and unclip the footwell light connector
This should give you good access to the area where the wire will come through from where that grommet is located in the engine bay (you'll need to use a screwdriver or knife to cut a hole in the insulation behind the grommet - this is done from the engine bay side)
