I have used IGO on another china oem fitted navi and it worked great! Just download from the pirate bay...

Hi all,
I'm also interested in buying on of these units for my D3. I'm assuming you talk about this (http://www.cartek-tech.com/index.aspx?menuid=44&type=productinfo&lanmuid=159&infoid=686&language=en). Initially I've found them on alibaba.com. The unit seems very useful because you can easily get good navigation, rear camera signal and even TV.
The issue I have is that they don't have installation instructions. I've asked them for instructions but they told me they only have for Freelander 2 - this product (http://www.cartek-tech.com/index.aspx?menuid=44&type=productinfo&lanmuid=159&infoid=685&language=en).
Did anybody manage to perform an end-to-end installation of this unit, including integration with audio system and maybe steering controls?
PS: even if I'm reading the forum since some time, this is my first post. I don't know yet how to upload documents. When I find out I'll attach the install instructions for Freelander 2.

Hi all,
this is my first post,
I bought one of the units off ebay and fitted they look great, however mine does not work, the sat nav antenna was dead, and the unit had dry joints which i was told to fix myself to top it all the sound out of the unit does not work. satnav quite good as is the bluetooth.
After putting in a paypal claim the seller has agreed to a refund or replacement

seems expensive at £1200
