Another sure way to ensure they change what they're meant to is to be present at all times 8) (though I guess that makes me a bit like Waldorf and Statler to them at times )
Though I understand that's a practice hardly acceptable in the UK due to H&S reasons... At least one good thing with living here at the mo
By the way, without prompting, they drained everything through the sump plug and changed the filter from below IIRC (it's been a few months now)...

It must have been the fuel filter that they changed from underneath (at the side of the gearbox) - the oil filter is on top of the engine 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham Blue

as I said, it was a few months ago though at the time I could have remembered even the spanner sizes they used...
Shame I didn't think to take notes... next time... (actually it's going in tomorrow for the fuel pump recall at the main dealer for Greece, must remember to take camera with me )
