Just had my first experience of the dealer network! HOW EXPENSIVE!?!
Charged £50 to diagnose my sunroof needed recalibrating and then wanted another £100 to carry out the work. Found out elsewhere on this forum how to do it for myself in under a minute. Wished Id known that first!
Also should have checked on their hourly rate which is £85 vs local independent garage at £50.
Now means I am not sure if all the rest of the 'issues' and 'costs' are valid so need to start again with a local independent.
Also disapointed in 2.5 hours charge for engine diagnostics which has lead to view the dreaded EGR valves need replacing.
Glad i started checking into it here before I went ahead with any more work!!!
