Big guy appears at the A&E with his face all cut and brusied, in a bad way. Medics ask 'what happened?'

'I opened the wardrobe this morning, a 6 foot cockroach jumped out and attacked me' he says.

'Ah yes' said the Medic, 'we've heard there's a nasty bug going around'
