lincolnshire council is talking about removing the stiles on footpaths and replacing with gates to allowed disable access, can't wait to see the first wheel chair to cross a wet ploughed field.

All the stiles, bridges and gates that have been there for generations were removed and destroyed to make way for the Tarmac monstrosity Evil or Very Mad

Yes - agreed. But on the basis he is a politician, he will no doubt be taking everything that he can get!


I would be shocked if he wasn't, as lots of new hedges and gaps around the outside of the ploughed fields

Get on to the Environment Agency(EA) and see what they have to say. Its also worth asking for copies of the waste Transfer Documents to cover that lot.

I was going to say that as well, surely as a public right of way it must conform the standards. That is just waste tipping essentially, probably got paid to take it as well
