lincolnshire council is talking about removing the stiles on footpaths and replacing with gates to allowed disable access, can't wait to see the first wheel chair to cross a wet ploughed field.

All the stiles, bridges and gates that have been there for generations were removed and destroyed to make way for the Tarmac monstrosity

He's having a laugh. Road planings, which is what that is, is "Contaminated Waste"
Get on to the Environment Agency(EA) and see what they have to say. Its also worth asking for copies of the waste Transfer Documents to cover that lot.

I was going to say that as well, surely as a public right of way it must conform the standards. That is just waste tipping essentially, probably got paid to take it as well
