Wow! Admiral multi-car very pleasant surprise.......
As a 'multi-car' owner, I got excited when this idea first came to prominance with Admirals advertising some time ago. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time.....
However, I had a call from them today asking me to re-visit the scheme and I'm utterly blown away by what's been offered........
I'm not a man who takes stuff on the phone at face value, and I can tell, you I was checking the 'smallprint' for an hour and a half before hanging-up today, but get this:
£50k FFRR TDV8, full business use, protected ncd, modifications noted, fully comp @ <£300
£35k Audi RS4, full business use, protected ncd, fully comp @ <£200
Two classic cars (Audi quattro turbo 20v & BMW635CSi) fully comp @ <£150 each
Total for 4 vehicles - each with an individual policy (not combined on one contract) @ £800.
In truth, I've seen quotes for the FFRR or the RS4 which have exceeded £800 on their own.
I am so impressed I can't wait for the paperwork to arrive.
I know we don't all have a showroom at the side of the house, but there must be others here who could benefit from this. Basically, the more vehicles you have (up to 5) the better the discount gets. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

Off road cover & Tooneesia???
How's the snow your way JMC, you're always complaining re lack of the stuff!!
Didn't even bother asking about off-road. 90 days EU cover included and legal protection too.
Snow? What's that? The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

Whilst not anything as flash an a FFRR or an RS4, I am with on Admiral multicar for my D3 and my 306 GTi-6 and saved the following:
Discovery:
Single policy £404
Multi Policy £296
£350 total excess
306 GTi-6:
Single policy: £336
Multi policy: £239
£350 excess
£740 compared to £535 I think is pretty good. If I added SWMBO'd 307 aswell it would be even cheaper!
great prices!2014 D4 XS

I wonder how they stack up when you start to include young male drivers, and a wife who has a few points and a total loss to her name.
I have the Admiral multi car policy too
RRS TDV8 @ £330
MG ZT260SE Supercharged to 400bhp @ £360
and that includes the wife, infact she brought the insurance down a little
When I last checked they wouldn't cover the 90 Truck Cab on this policy as it's a commercial I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

would this be because you can only drive one car at a time and thus only one accident at a time but it does help those that have multiple cars in the family.
does it all have to be under the same drivers name or is it just the vehicles and drivers doesnt matter (as long as names given)?
popExperience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!

Yep, good value indeed. Just playing them off against swiftcover who do similar things (2 drivers can't take 4 cars out at once type thinking) and now down to £242 Comp on the D3 Happy days.
Haven't got multicar to work yet, but they cover the G4 for £338, including all the LR catalogue additional items. No pay and play cover but confirmed green lane cover (I know they are legal highways, but always good to have an email to confirm they understand that)Craig

Admiral/ Elephant have been consistently cheap throughout my driving career, including owning fast cars at a young-ish age (Mitsubishi 3000GT Twin Turbo with 320BHP at 21, and a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8 MR with 400BHP at 23) as well as a host of fast(!) peugeots in and around that time!2014 D4 XS
