Does anyone have poor reception on their satellite radio - it seems to be very sensitive and based on other cars with satellite radio that I have had - overly sensitive. It takes forever to change stations - like a 5-10 second pause and when you go under an overpass it stops all together for 5-10 seconds -
I know you need a clear view of the sky for satellite radio but driving under a tiny one lane overpass at 80mph (it is blocked for maybe .5 seconds) should not lose reception - anyone else have this issue?
Also when you change stations it take for ever to resestablish contact with the satellite.

I have had the same problem and was just getting frustrated with it tonight on my drive home. I live in chicago and every drive on the expressway under every overpass the satellite goes out then come back on. Also, every time I start the car it goes to a generic Sirius promo station not the station I last left on! It is incredible petty but surely annoying. I have a good relationship with my dealers, I will bring it by and see if it's the same issue. I have had several other rovers with satellite along with other cars, no other car has been as sensitive as the LR4. So ironic this was posted today, I was just getting frustrated with it this evening commute...2011 FFRR HSE LUX

Folks - I have an LR3 and have the same problem. I think I posted on this a while back, but totally agree with your comments. Next trip to the dealer will include this complaint.2007 LR3 HSE - Zermatt Silver

My 07 LR3 is the same, even driving under a tree. I'm used to it by now, and sometimes it's perfect.17 Discovery 5 HSE Si6, Fuji White on brown | 07 LR3 SE 4.4 Java Black on Alpaca

my new 2015 lr4 also has in and out satellite radio. I had a bmw before that with xm radio and it was perfect. rarely lost connections. I think its not just the reception but I also suspect the quality of the radio . For example, how long it "buffers" for. I think there is always in and out connections but the radio (if expensive) can buffer the music/sound for a period of time to portray a seamless connection. I'm shocked that even in a city that the satellite radio goes in and out.2015 LR4 HSE
