Here's the pictures of them fitted, I put one of the covers on for comparison:

One critisism is that they stick out quite a bit infront of the bumper, so they'll be first point of contact - well until the winch gets fitted Wink

First night drive in the D4 this evening and all I can say is:

If you have a D4 with Xenon Headlights, don't bother with the LR OEM Driving lamps, all the offered was a very faintorange glow in the distance, so faint that I had to switch them on and off about 4 times before I realised they were actually working Shocked

Me thinks, LF240s with LF HID conversion kit is the forward, but not until the A-bar is on so I can check they actually fit. Looking at the accesories brochure I might had to make do with the LF170s.

2 Qs:
Is that a new horn I can see behind the grille in picture #2?

Does running the wires through the grille mean you have to unclip the loom to take the grille off completely?

Don't know about the horn, but does look like it.

Yes you need to remove the grille you need to unplug the lamps, but that is the same the D3 (even before I changed to LF240s)

MrH do those lamp mounts screw through the bumper Shocked

I thought the D3 ones were metal and bolted behind the grill, but its been a while since I read the instructions (and decided swmbo would not need them on the way to Sainsburys anyway).

You have a choice of mounting - well you will have when the A-Bar is released for sale.

You either have an A-bar with the approporiate mounting kit, or the bumper mounting kit - the later is what I have and yes that requires the bumper to be cut/drilled as the lamps fix onto mounts which inturn are bolted to the steel bumper lower down - Exactly as they di on the D3

Opposite the EPB switch i.e. it's a plastic insert shaped similar to the EPB switch, but has the light swicth in the top of it. Picture below:
