Shame and Praise

Shame on Hunters of Guildford for saying that they could not sort out the locking mechanism on my passenger door for 3 weeks. After talking to my original salesman they said that they could take it in 2 days but could not tell me how long that they would have to have it. No good as the missus is off to France 6 up and needs the seats. Loaner Freelander will NOT do.

Praise for Guy Salmon of Thames Ditton, who diagnosed the fault over the phone and ordered the part for the next day. Was giving a 2pm appointment and the car was fixed and back in my hands 1 HOUR later.

I wouldn't touch *unters - I use GS Thames Ditton too, alittle slap happy but a nice bunch of people! Loving the power of the TDV8!

If only Land Rover could get some consistency across its dealerships. More people should shop around like you and not be loyal to one dealer - the bad ones would then hopefully get the message 2008.5 D3 HSE, Stornoway, Ebony

Shukers in Ludlow... very rarely had a problem and even then they were minor and sorted very quickly no questions asked.

Loan is always a LR and if the RRS is around I can have that too.

Service is well priced and car always cleaned inside and out if left for the day.

Totally agree with that VA - GS Thames Ditton have always been excellent to me. 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
