Bung stays in on its own Thumbs Up
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

For anyone still thinking about getting one - I can only recommend them. I have one from ND and it is a simple and very effective bit of kit.

Even if you have an airjack that came supplied with a bung (i.e. the completely useless one supplied by Takla), I would recommend getting one of these.

This is what happens to your (son's) hand when NJF wants to try out his Takla airjack complete with pathetic exhaust bung...
The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Club "yes, I too have had the EGR's replaced..."
Club "yes, I too have had the compressor replaced..."
Club "yes, I too once had the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks nearly 4 weeks over 4 weeks...5 weeks"
Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

That's exactly what happened when I asked SWMBO to help me change wheels a few weeks earlier. Her white Ralph Lauren polo shirt was never white again, and I got to go out and buy a trolley jack. Mr. Green
