BG08 at the seaside.
Further info, 2 of the 9 D3s were kitted out to be used as ambulances, maybe this is the reason that the third row of seats have been removed and the sliding floor fitted?
The wheels fitted are the same as on the LR website "build your LR D4"

[quote="highbayrack"]Hey Duncan, I saw your car in Stratstones i think last Friday afternoon 8) when I was collecting mine after a brake re-call.
It was you then !! they thought you were knicking mine PMSL at the time when they told me what happened. And yes that was mine you saw this morning, the lads were picking up one of my vans for me, thought it best to send them in the D3 given the state of the roads locally !! Are you in Northampton then or MK?When I die I want it to be in my sleep, like my Grandad ............ not screaming and shouting like his passengers!!

Duncan, the only thing I was kicking last Friday afternoon was "ass" back upto N'hampton having driven a Freelander 2 loan car round all day. I live in N'hampton but my office/company is in MK overlooking Mercedes Trucks. Your car looks very smart by the way, I like the color

Dont envy you driving a Freelander about Chris, done that as well when mines been in. My secretay wishes she had never downsized from her D3 to one, it was useless in the snow this morning.
Are you a Saints fan then by chance ? Thx for compliment on the car, I had it Pureguarded by LR as part of the deal, isnt yours identical almost? When I die I want it to be in my sleep, like my Grandad ............ not screaming and shouting like his passengers!!

Warn 95xp winch cover for D3 available on well known internet auction web site, search "warn winch cover". Cost about 15% of LR asking price. Auction runs out tonight 23 Jan. For piccies see "my gallery". Covers up all the expensive bits and winch is not so noticeable to the light fingered brigade.
John, the expedition your car featured in is in this month's LRO magazine I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Hi all
I tracked down the photographer who accompanied Prince Harry on the Sentabale/BurnabyBlue expedition to Lesotho in 2008 and bought some excellent prints from him of my D3 in action. i'll try to upload some to my gallery.
needless to say I am happy to put anyone in touch who may like to know more.
