Quote:Oh right, so you know what I am doing too
Well you said in your post you had determined that you didn't need to do your EGR Blanking, therefore the post was 5 pages that didn't have any useful info. I'm not saying that you didn't post something sensible or that the end wasn't sensible either, but it had a start and an end, so I could see why it was locked, anything else posted would probably have continued to along the lines of some of the posts rather than about the EGR blanking.
Quote:As for the sniping, choose your team wisely around here...................cos you will quickly get substituded and off TBH
This is what I mean about sniping - what's the whole choose your team thing about, why are you looking to pitch people against each other, why can't we all just continue with the friendly banter, DSL with his Rat pack fetish, NeilD and his hair, Warren McStucky, Al for his chainsaw safety fetish etc. etc.
I'd like to delare here and now, I am not on anyones team, I'm just looking to have a laugh with people who have a similar outlook on life and enjoy their D3's and 4's. Life too short and I'm too lazy to be arsed with sniping and moaning at others D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

Are you in charge now then Mac ...I had to change the title as you had called a site sponsor a cock in it.
I aint in charge, YOU ARE. I changed the thread title twice as the goading/hounding from a site sponser and mod friend was me off.
As a mod, protectection from this abuse whether I am a sponser or not is expected, and the reason WHY I stopped my monthly BACS donation to Martin in May.

TBH, reading through the thread again, you seemed to be enjoying the attention (as usual) and I fail to see where any serious goading or mickey taking actually took place. Until you said '3-2-1 LOCKED' it appears to be light hearted banter that you were happy to bounce back on.
At no time did I see you write anything that looked like you were getting hacked off.
TBH, your apparent sudden mood swing is probably the cause of all this rubbish your posting now.

Is this a "name that tune" thread?
Can I start with "The drugs don't work" by the Verve, followed by "I am the assassin" by Marillion? Emphasis on the Ass (as always).
Or perhaps we should all gather around the campfire for a rousing rendition of "tie me kangaroo down sport" I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Mac you should realise by now that I really don't have any friends . Look back through the thread and it will be very evident to all that you were enjoying the banter as much as anyone else. You are the one that initially changed the thread titles ...you are the one that had a serious sense of humour failure. I have restored your original thread about EGRs and left all the banter i.e 98% of the thread...locked away and with a nice unassuming title.
Let's move on 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I would'nt have wasted the precious seconds of your Sunday Eve Rich..................If the others cared to have looked, I did'nt reply once the took it off topic. Why should I enter a slanging match, I started a genuine thread and got encouragement from Tawny, then the usual turned up...........funny that, its a bit like this one Neil
And whilst you mention VAT, why wos the web site changed on GNVP products about VAT, when clearly there was a problem when I highlighted it............... Highlighted it , you like that word
Am I wrong here, and would take being corrected
Aluminium is VAT'able
Making something from it and openly selling it to the public on a forum and Ebay
Then a PM saying "we are Taking the VAT hit"
Thats tax evasion,
3-2-1 Locked
