Winch & bumper will be going on while I'm lucky enough to be in NZ.
First off-roading trip will be on Silverstone Circuits new course next week......it's all coming together!

Helped out on the Kielder 4x4 Safari today raising money for The Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team.

Took it off-road!
Did a site visit to Silverstone to see the new off-road course, they have built a very nice course next to the rally experience. It's not very pretty as it's a 'work in progress'.

Took it into the local dealership to get an intermittent squeel looked at. Turns out the rear pads were donw to 2mm and because they were so low, they needed to replace the pads, disks and sensor.
It stops better now though!

£300 ish. I'd rather have had that in my pocket but I don't do brakes myself. Too much at stake when I'm not an expert!
I did help myself to a cup of their nice coffee whilst I waited and got some work done in their lounge as well. I wasn't keen on the pretzel-like biscuits though

Spent yesterday out and about in North Yorkshire doing a bit of green laning, had a Freelander tagging along so did a very gentle route and had a great day out. We missed the rain but it was so cold and windy on the tops that it was blowing the tea out of the cups Lovely weather for the 1st of July

Not today but yesterday,Kept the power on at a very well known childrens hospital with 2 x 550 kva generators running in load share (Scania dc16's as the prime mover) Would upload a photo bit haven't worked out how from my I phone!SSDD.
