Now would he have thought this was clever if it was his kids at the bus stop , like his commentary, bottom of the hill, so what if debis was washed down and hit them too.

Because it's classed a "careless and inconsiderate driving" under section3 of the RTA
Quote:If a person drives a motor vehicle on a road without due care and attention, or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road, he is guilty of an offence. 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

how about driving without due care and attention, if he hit the puddle, aquaplaned and lost control and crashed into the bus stop, would you still think there was nothing wrong, its one thing splashing through puddles (we all do that i guess), its another when that action could have consequences to others. Don't forget that the D3 is heavy and drives through puddles, many lighter cars tend to aquaplane far more easily!
If you don't stand at the bus stop, the bus won't stop, it's not the bus passengers fault there is a puddle there. I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Planet Neil would obviously be different if in a unfortunate (and pray it never happens) was one of your siblings. Hit buy a flying object, say a bottle floating in a flood at a bus stop..............maybe looking at it more sensible.
Road Users must also drive to the maximum road speed permitted by the indicate limit and/or road conditions.

Same here, Georgia never catches a bus, too lazy and manipulates her mum, stepdad, stepmum and me.
All wrapped around her little finger , and I personally would'nt have it any other way
