Or 8...? A bit of Googling suggests that there's an 8 speed ZF box in the offing - though the same Googling also suggests that the '28 is a significant re-working of the '26, rather than just a few chunkier components to up the torque it can take. (Note it's still only rated for 700nm, which means the remap boys will be pushing it somewhat if they manage their normal 25-30% increase!)

What, we get the transfer case on top of the main gear box, A380 style? Surprised

Just hope the "fly by wire" system isn't from the Airbus too...
