Yet more of my (Tax Payers) money wasted on sorted that out. The Punto was probably nicked from a retired couple who cannot afford to replace it. I think I'll stand for PM I'd so sort this out. Bring back capital punishment!

Well when I get into power I will use youtube to broadcast their punishment and not their crime. It will be a bit like the public hangings of years gone by. Only we won't be doing hanging for these scum. Hanging is reserved for lesser crimes such as not picking upI dog poo. Or dropping gum on the street.

I'm always left wondering why
why the mindless vandalism, why the abusive behaviour, why the "fun" from nicking/beating someone senseless
what sort of minds have these folks got that lets them think any of this behaviour is OK.
there has to be some recompense that has some teeth - could be something as simple as I can take the same amount of value from you as you've caused me, so if you've keyed my door, and this is going to cost me a couple of hundred quid, I can come round your house (or your parents house) and have the TV, or Xbox.
If there isnt some sort of "negative" value (and I dont mean prison, as this is just a school for these idiots) associated with this behaviour, its never going to stop.

but things like the birch, whilst imparting some pain (and possibly satisfaction for the wronged party), doesnt actually cost them anything. If they lose something they value (and maybe them or theirs had even worked to get), then to my mind, this will have a more lasting effect.

I'm with you Al,
And sure as hell the majority of them will have houses chock full of all the latest kit either nicked or paid for by the social, so I don't think just getting hte same value back is the answer it should be 3 fold
1) Nuts off / sterilisation
2) FREE choice of their stuff (after all we paid for most of it anyway)
3) All their details personal, address, phone numbers etc posted on YT for everyone to see.
That might make them think a bit......
Failing that beat the c ap out of them just for the hel of it 
Might not solve everything but may make them think ...... FORECAST FOR TONIGHT: things have happened out there!!!
