atention , I lost my warranty |

hi everybody , when I bayed my car from Germany , former owner has redesigned the wheels support with some distance piece , putted between the wheel and support , to make the discovery looks larger . Even if the distance piece has TUV approval in Germany. I lost my warranty here in Romania for everything belongs to the axel and suspension parts. So be carefully ….

Will they include everything in the warranty again if you take the spacers off and they inspect it? Dr. Ian Malcolm:

If you modify anything to a D3 here in the UK whilst in warrenty, you would expect the dealers to do their upmost on withdrawing the facility.
By reading your post again, you mean the D3 of yours was fitted with wheel Spacers, why?, and was it not obvious when you purchased it. I guess your chassis number will be logged and any drive train probs will be void of claims.

If I take the spacers out and do the repairs at land rover Romania I will get back my warranty. Problem it's that they told my about loosing warranty exactly when I needed some repairs at the rear axle. My car was at their service 3 times before for normal repairs like oil, brake pads, etc, why they didn’t announced me to take out the spacers?
