Headlamp ajustment for driving in mainland europe
Does anyone know if their is a way of quickly adjusting the headlamps so they comply with the mainland European requirements. I have a 07 Plate HSE with the adaptive Bi-Xenon lamps ?

doesn't your Sat Nav know when it has crossed the channel?
Does it just wait on a Dover beach for you to return?end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

By all means look at the other threads on this and switch over your dipped beams when crossing the Channel. However, as someone who drives in France most months, my advice is don't bother. I've never been flashed.Clubs Mantec, Tasmods, LEDS, AT2s on 18s, Maxxis Bighorns on 17s, Remote FBH, BAS. ReMap, BSS., RLD Personalised SWP., Safari Snorkel, Faultmate, Three Musketeers & MUD

as Phil says
I can't tell the difference and have never been flashed. In these days of bright headlamps, nice D3 stabilised xenons seem to give less problems than badly adjusted, overladen normal headlamps......end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

Well I think you lot are terrible. I always flip my little leavers over to keep the French drivers happy. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Just back from 1800 miles chasing the tour and no problems. Just put a bookmark in your user manual in case you get an over keen policeman looking for beam benders.

When I come to the UK I don't swith my light over either, but almost all drivers flash their lights at me, even when my lights are off.
And the worst thing is they drive on my side off the road too. Roel
