All of a sudden both my reversing lights have gone. Possibly bad luck and bulbs...
Are these easy to change and if so how? Or do i need to go to LR dealer if its fiddly?

The units are held in by two screws running up the tailgate channel ...just undo these then pop out the other sides, unclip the wiring harness and unscrew the lamp housing related to the ones you want to replace  21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
