Help removing NSR light cluster

hello

trying to fit tow bar electrics but cannot for the life of me remove the NSR light cluster.

the two screws to the front are an easy find but where else is it attached?

can anyone help?

That's it. They have two lugs on the reverse that are a very tight fit, so you just need to get a good grip and give it a good hard tug. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

there are 2 pins on the outside edge but are only friction fit, you need to get hold of the light at thoutside edge near the bottom and pull the bottom one should then give way allowing you to pull at the top to realease it there as well Tintenter

And if all else fails use a plastic spatula to ease the cluster off. Don't forget to make sure the electrics are clipped out of the way of the dogs dangly bits under the back - stops it rubbing Thumbs Up Club RLD spare wheel protection
Club RLD skid plate
Club its all black
Club D3 - it's gone
Club D4 - just arrived and still all black

just an idea
when you got the light off put a small ammount of vaseline or light grease on the lug/tag so the next time you want to remove the cluster to replace bulbs ect then it will come off easier.do it to the otherside aswell while you have the screwdriver out
