Expedition Roof Rack
After a bit of advice....
Can anyone enlighten me on how it fits, does it use the exisiting roof rails ?
Is it easy to take on and off ? and pointers as to best place to get one ?

Yes the expo rack fits to the roof rails on the D3 - they are not always on the D3 so if you have them already then thats a bonus
When you get the rack you will get 4 bolt plates that attached the rack into the rails - two on each side - and there are also two legs that go under the front of the rack just above the driver and passanger door. The soft black rails you'll see there now have to be lifted off and you'll see a bolt hole underneath - you have to drill through the thin rail you've lifted off and the feet bolt down onto that.

The rack is easy to fit if not just a little difficult to lift cos of its size.
