Kingsley Side Steps

Hi All,

What is the general concensus regarding fitting Kingsley side steps to a Disco3?
Do they prevent mud etc from splattering up the sides of the vehicle & are they wide enough to use as a step, both getting into the vehicle and climbing up to tie things on the roof crossbars.

Feedback appreciated.

Regards, Dennis.

Dennis,
Dont know what the Kingsley side steps look like, I do know on a recent trip to the Wollondilly one of the D3,s had side steps fitted and they caused the vehicle to get hung up on a number of occassions. D3,s without steps had no problems. Mine has LR protection rails but could not use them to get stuff on the roof, no toe hold.
Take the road less traveled. Dual battery system.ORS drawers,LR cargo Barrier.ARB Bull bar, side protection bars,Mickey Thompson ATR's 17" rims, Rear wheel carrier, radiator guard TPMS Mitchell Bros Tow Hitch LR RAI Steel Rims , GME UHF, Off Road GPS, Llams (yet to be fitted)
