Forgot to look I didn't, it's unchanged Shame coz I don't think it'd take much engineering time to improve it The End

Lost the second battery spot? How odd. 2006 SE TDV6 with G4 Options ("A" Bar, Driving lights, expedition rack, ladder; fr & r light guards, side steps, G4 logos) door moulds; plus Long Ranger 115L sub-tank; OL rear wheel carrier; OL rear drawer system; Kenwood / Garmin Satellite Nav/bluetooth/iPod/rear camera/DVD); LR roof mounted DVD; GME 3440 UHF; Tyre Dog tyre monitoring system; Optima Yellow second battery and Traxide dual battery management system; Mitchell Bro's tow hitch;

Just no room left in the engine bay.
It's not as though you could fit a "reasonably sized" deep cycle in there previously.

The New D4 is becomming more urban.
19inch wheels, no 2nd battery slot. more luxury.
Its only taken 3 years for the tyre people to produce a good 18inch choice. Now 19inch is the new standard.
More and bigger is not always better.
Toyota now consider the Prado is their top offroader. The 200 series is so fat that 5 big blokes with one esky of beer exceed the GVM. The Prado can carry 200kg more.
Is this where the D4 is heading

The second battery spot os probably ok for Oz as I don't think we will get the alarm as standard and that's what is in that space. We definately won't be getting the FBH so if it is there it can be moved to the other side of the engine bay. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
