Oil Pressure Guage
After reading a couple threads about engine failure, i got to thinking if it was posible to run an auxillary oil pressure guage. The two most important are the water temp and oil pressure and LR only has the water. It would bring peace of mind to have an exact reading of oil pressure rather then waiting for the light to come on.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Without looking, I think you could put a T piece were the oil pressure sensor is for the Oil Pressure Light and put there a aftermarket sensor for the oil pressure guage.
I did that on my 90 when I put a V8 in there.Roel

I wouldnt mind getting Oil Temp as well. drove 590 miles last friday up through France at a constant Speed of around 90mph full laden (stopped for fuel twice ; before anyone gets too excited) and when I checked the oil it was like water and smoking Duncan

I am not sure how accurate the temperature would be if that was on a T piece. I would think it wouldn't be that bad.Roel
