Solution sorted. Sorry if this bores the pants of you but here is the answer to the riddle.

Basically what is happening here is that the file SLIMER.JPG is infact a script file that calls up and displays at random any JPG/GIF from the same directory on the server. this is then displayed as an image on the screen. As there is not HTML you can't access or see the script but just the picture.

The trick here however is to fool the server into accepting the file SLIMER.JPG as a script and not an image. This is done on PHP using an overide file called .HTACCESS which would only apply to scripts or files executing from that directory.

Finally you simply point your Disco3 profile to the script file in this case SLIMER.JPG on the server you have setup the script.

You need access to your own server or someone elses to make this work however.
