Managed to trash the cloth on the base of one of my 3rd row seats. Jealous of leather in Wife's FL2.
Anyone reccomend a company that could upgrade my seats to leather (and how much)? The nearer to Somerset the better

Seat Surgeons seem to have done a few for people on here

They are not exactly local to Yeovil, but do seem to have a bit of a network of sorts I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Hello.
Speak to the guys at Sturgess LR in Leicester. They use a national company for their conversions. Have to say I nearly ordered a cloth one and had it converted as the quality was better than standard fit "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

I am going for those guys: http://www.theseatsurgeons.com/metadot/ind...ry;op=show
got a quote of 900 + VAT on 5 seater using full leather on all sides with custom stitching, and geezer says it takes them around 4 h to do the swap, pretty damn good!

Given your location it might also be worth speaking to Yeovil Land Rover who seem to know about everything I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

I don't think Exmoor trim do anything for the D3, well that's what they told me at Billing last year, things might have changes. On a mission to find the perfect Pork Pie. Just Found it (I think)..(Yes I have)

mmm...
Seatsurgeons work looks like the DB.
Guess the only decision is whether to go to Surrey, or have a 'free' weekend in York with the money I'd save on the seats!

The guys in York did my leather seats earlier this year and they did a really great job.
Spent some time beforehand on their web site and talking to them going through some design and stitching options before finally taking the plunge and upgrading from tatty cloth seats to full leather. It took about a week from ordering to the covers being ready.
They took about 5 hours to complete the work so they did ask for the car to be in as early as possible, which meant setting off from Glasgow at about 4am and got there just before eight for the guys arriving for work.
Their premises are only a few miles from the city centre and close to bus and train links. Had a nice day in York while the work was being done.
I was quoted £895 plus VAT for all seven seats, which was a lot better than the quotes I got locally and was still worth the round trip to York. Best mod I've made to the car and everyone who sees the seats comments on them.
I just need to get some cash together to get the freelander 2 done now.
York would be a fair distance for you to drive, but if you were as happy with their work as I was it would be worth it.
