Ive been playing about with my touch screen on my 08 xs. I read on another thread that that by touching the invisable button for 5 seconds. Then you push the sat nav button for 3 seconds then type in 753.
Dont blame me if this ruins your sat nav.
Well if you go into the sat nav screen as normal then goto to sat nav menu. Press and hold the screen at the top in the middle. Hold for 5 seconds and a diag code screen comes up. If you type in 753 you go into another menu screen. I had to get out of the car and lock it for the screen to go back to normal.
The other thing i found this

Does anyone know anymore.
Can I get the 4x4 information screen to work on my toucj screen.
There seems to alot of information stored in this amazing car would love to access more of it.

do a search for +4x4 +info you'll find out how it can be done.
you needs BBS's Faultmate or someone who has the multi vehcile system to enable it for you.
How much would you pay to enable a £500 option......? Bodsys Brake Bible

I read you can do it with his fancy tool but the cost of buying that is too high as I dont keep my Land Rovers long enough to justify the outlay.
Think id consider paying some bright spark to make it work for me if the service was on offer without having to buy module.

I wouldn't say that - I found most of the buttons (and door handles etc) hidden by my knees Disco 5 HSE Lux

Anybody in a postion to offer enabling the extra features the xs touch screen. Reckon if someone went to the shows they would make a killing.
