I think it is important for the investigation to find out if procedure was followed and did they scramble the rescue services.

Is somebody going to be charged for the loss of these battery chickens.

I don't think they were dropped. Somebody poached them.

Bet the steward had to pluck up courage to admit it being his fault. He'll get a good roosting for this. He'll be in a flap for sure. What did you have for tea instead then? Bit of perch?

Your right, it is a bit much. After all a few chickens are just a drop in the ocean for a oil company.

I bet he didn't even admit to it...the bloody chicken....he's probably still cooped up in his office spitting feathers and trying to blame someone else.

This really is all starting to sound like a bit of a cock(-a-doodle-do) and bull story isn't it?

10kgs a carton?? Is that all? Must be bantam weight then. Seems you're all running round like headless chickens, but you'll be cock a'hoop when it's all laid to rest, sure as eggs are eggs.

How many chickens were there? The steward should know, as you shouldn't count your chickens before they've hatched, and these obviously had.

Peck-xactly when did this happen? Beak precise now, we wouldn't want to go off half cocked.

Bet the chap responsible will be in for a roasting.

I'm here all week folks.....
