Warranty Work new wipers. |
|
Hi
Just picked up car, which was in for some warranty work to be done – e.g. new gear X Y lever at gear box
[ Auto].
Got new back pads & disks - £ 242.00 + vat, don’t know if this price is good or not.
Anyway when I got the car I noticed that all the window wipers had been replaced for the new type. This must have been done through warranty. Has anybody heard of this.?
Thanks Rab. B-A-S Remap Interface giving me control over my remap

Your dealer must like you. LR will not pay for them so the dealer would have to take the hit. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

I hope that they aren't the ones the dealer fitted to my D3 at recent service. (They have an extra shroud where the arm attaches to the blade.)
I knew that the old ones were becoming worn and so didn't object when they were replaced. After two days, the new ones are shuddering - worse than the ones they replaced. The Bearded Dragon
