Green light for me...(I think its going to cost me... Shocked ).

Sorry Mounty - Saturday only for NJF and me.

Noel - I'll have 3 passengers (one will be Paul who you met on Monday). I'll contact you later to arrange meet times etc.
The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Club "yes, I too have had the EGR's replaced..."
Club "yes, I too have had the compressor replaced..."
Club "yes, I too once had the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks nearly 4 weeks over 4 weeks...5 weeks"
Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

Haven't even begun to sort through pictures...just the damage...

Lost the front number plate...
Squeaking wheels/brakes...
Intermitent brake disc warning light....(for the last 50km home)deep
Bramble rash - more like gouges... Shocked (Noel - you may want to check your's as we went through the same places...)
What looks like some bumps and scrapes in the sills (can't really tell due to the mud...)

And an engine bay that is now a dirty brown...NJF will have some pics...

What a day... Laughing

Let's start with a photo of JF Lux doing what he does best: getting stuck. Whistle

Saverne was as slippy a place as I've ever been. Here's JF Lux creeping through one of the swamps:

... and here's a sequence of shots that show JF Lux working his way through an unexpectedly deep flooded lane:

... and here's JF Lux showing the D3's wheel articulation capability:

... which is a good way to inspect your bushes:

... and finally, here's JF Lux cresting a particularly enjoyable hill:

Here's an interesting comparison between models, all at the top of the same hill:
