can I fit the following

RRS - 19"5 V spoke alloys with 255/50/R19 grabber UHP tyres.

Load rating 107 speed rating W.

Don't understand the whole wheel scene fully.

2015 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 SE Tech Auto Aintree Green

My spare wheel protector is due for delivery tomorrow - however !!
I have just read on another post that the 'New D4' which could be mine as it was bought in March, has a different fitting for the protectors that Ray has been making up to now.
I told Ray mine was a D4 but didn't know I had to give the year as well.
I am expecting trouble - will I get it ?
