Cracks in Moon-roof

I got a pair of fairly serious looking parallel cracks in my moo-roof, running back-to-front. I dont; remember hitting anything and I don;t see any evidence of impact. I've got a Frontrunner rack and roof-tent, but that's not an unusual configuration.

I bet this isn't cheap to fix although there are no leaks or rattles yet.

Anyone else had this problem?

Rich

I was wondering about how strong the glass roof is if you place a basket or tent to the standard rails?
Can't imagine it would be too good over rough / corragated roads.
Has anyone had a bad experience with this?

The rails are attached to the bodywork at the sides rather than the roof so nothing should touch the glass roof, no matter how much you put on it. Ive had my front runner loaded up with no problems, ive also slipped off it onto the glass Rolling Eyes , and it was fine. I did however have a problem when the FR rack was fitted and i had to have a new glass roof fitted , cost around £650

Don't have a sunroof so hadn't paid attention to that but ISTR a policy I had a while ago treated sunroofs like the windscreen or side windows.
