Are these an easy fit? - I bought a similar set for the C8 and they were a b**ch!

I don't know, If you look on Landrover GTR website at the owner info bit, the accesory fitting guide will be there.

I think I remember someone saying that they are fairly easy, just some nerve racking cutting involved.

Sounds familiar - I had to destroy (seriously) some existing fittings to get them off (basically a one-way journey Shocked )

I have just fitted my roof rails & bars (bought courtesy of the group reduction organised by 10FC recently). The fitting is really easy: prise up the exsting rubber coated strip. Take off the plastic bungs (located on top of the last three screw points) where the now removed rubber coated strip has been removed. Measure 1525 mm from back end of same strip, cut using a hacksaw blade, re-insert the strip starting at the windsreen end and make sure that it "snaps" on, place the newly purchased roof rails onto car, screw home the three screws, place in x 3 black hole covers supplied and as they say in France eh voila!
I am not the most technically minded soul and even I did it without mishap to the car or me. It took approx 20 minutes to do the first side, 10 mins second side. It helped having the car on the flat and in access mode.
I meant to take some pictures but I was in a hurry to watch the rugby! Very Happy [/i]
