2007 LR3 rear reflector - how do I remove and replace

Ugh - just busted my rear reflector along the bottom of the bumper. I bought a new OEM part from ebay but I'm curious how to remove and replace it. Anyone have any tips?

Thanks! Sounds like they just clip in.

Anyone happen to know details on how to replace the reflector with the bumper still mounted. The old post says it's easy, yet know actually says how to do it.
