A lot happens in a week... |
|
Just got back from being in Venice for a week with the family (Easter hols and all that)... fantastic place by the way and no cars for a week either !
Consequently I've come back to many new posts and a lot of catching up to do.
Were there any key posts / new post that I missed ? Trying to avoid wading through all the new posts if I can.
Cheers !

I had a new battery and a rear wiring loom! The pope died and Tony Blair called an election if that helps.

... new battery eh ?
More important than slimy Blair doing is usual political clap trap
... all the flags in Venice were at half mast in honour of the Pope.
And also lets hope the people working at Rover re looked after... and the fat cats who were running it will donate some of their massive pay packets and person ring fenced company pension fund to them too !

New battery to alledgedly cure the multiple errors I had on startup. Caused by low voltage. New wiring loom to attempt to cure the on-going air suspension errors.
So far so good. Only done 90 miles since though! Its got a busy week coming up this week though, about a 1000 miles to do with a big load inside.

maybe MikeW should get his dealer to replace these items in an effort to cure his car of its problems.

Indeed. Another failure today - see the tech forum - and now I am indeed going tpo push harder for a replacement. Groan - I hate creating work for LR but I don't see why I should suffer... I didn't make a bad car.
