that sounds very interesting Bootneck  A few thoughts though... Are the existing brakes not ventilated anyway? and what about the brake pad sensor, how is that fitted to these non-LR pads?
Anyone had actual experience of use of these discs & pads?

I have both types of pad on order to have a look at. Looked out the window and the rear disks on my 08 se are not vented. I might have to be the first one to fit vented plates to see what they preform like
