Front bumper respray
Anyone know what it'd cost to respray the 'coloured' central part of a front bumper?Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

opps ..im thinking of mine as mine are colour coded ...
Still its proberly not going to be that far of the price as they will have to mask up the sides G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
I bought a brand new silver one off ebay, and had the coloured part resprayed in Cairns blue for £100 plus VAT by a spray shop. They did an excellent job and it took 1 day - the finish is a tough as nails and a perfect match with the rest of the vehicle which is almost 4 yrs old. They sprayed it just based on the paint code.Previously:

Got some 09MY BBlue's in stock (Front & Rear) if you fancy updating the looks
Though TBH getting your current one resprayed will probably be the cheapest optionThe End

I only want one to put back on mine in case I hand it back - I'd want to keep the A-Bar/lights for another one - but would be left with two ugly 33mm holes in the front of the existing one.Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Sadly the hole cuts are right through some of the creases/folds of the body coloured section front bumper - primarily the vertical creases delineating the lower air vent from the outer body coloured portion - don't think a grommet or filler would be much use Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
