Can anybody help me having serious problems getting my seat positioned correctly, resulting in back and leg pain. Has anybody else had this problem or have any suggestions.

One of the regulars posted a company that can apaprently 'deal' with the cloth seats to make them more comfortable - if you search through the forums for 'seat' and trawl through the results you should find the number. Don't know what they do to the seat, but I know I could do with going to see them - I suffer from a sore neck/top of spine after a few hours in the D3. The problem is that the front edge of the seat does not rise enough in relation to the rear where it meets the seat back. Electric seats allow you to adjust the height at the front of the seat independently from the rear, so they are probably more comfortable.
Used to regularly spend 10+ continuous hours in either of my previous TDi's and not suffer at all. Only thing that spoils the D3. Upgrading to an SE or HSE is not currently an option. No longer a D3 owner but still subscribed to multiple threads!

Kim at All Wheel Trim is the man you need to talk to, I did ring him last year but with xmas and everything didn't get round to pursuing the matter though I'm tempted to call him again when I find the time
Martin will no doubt post contact detail soon, if I don't find them first The End
